We also collect artist profile data (such as services, photos, and years of experience), as well as booking, review, and in-platform chat data. We do not collect or store any payment card or banking information, because LamsaLink does not process any payments at all.

We use your data to operate the platform and let you book or receive bookings, to communicate with you about your account or bookings, and to improve the platform and fix technical issues. We may also use your data for marketing communications if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We may share limited information (such as name and contact method) between a customer and an artist solely to complete a booking. We may also share limited data with technical service providers who help us run the platform (such as server hosting or sending notifications), within a narrow scope and under agreements that protect data confidentiality.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, including encrypting passwords and restricting access to sensitive data to authorized staff only.
